The structure below fulfils Germany's imprint requirement (§ 5 DDG). The fields that identify the operator — name, address, contact — aren't filled in yet: Evermore hasn't published them here because they haven't been supplied, not because they're optional. Nothing on this page is a guess.

Information required under § 5 of the Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz (Germany's Digital Services Act implementation — the current legal basis for a website's imprint, successor to the older Telemediengesetz).

Responsible for editorial content
§ 18(2) of the Medienstaatsvertrag requires a named person responsible for content only for journalistic-editorial offerings. Evermore is a product interface — a wedding-planning and guest-coordination app — not an editorial publication, so this requirement does not apply.
Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
